Juicy Burger Patties
- 600g lean beef mince (5% or less)
- 1 egg
- salt and black pepper to taste
- cooking spray (I use chosen foods avocado spray)

Sear on High Heat for 1-2 minutes on both sides, till crispy, be careful not to over cook 🔥👨🏽‍🍳

Garlic Bread Buns
- 3 Aldi brioche burger buns
- 40g light butter
- 2 cloves garlic (finely diced)
- chopped parsley

Secret Burger Sauce
- 60g light mayo
- 40g reduced sugar ketchup
- 8g American mustard
- 15g chopped pickles
- 10g chopped onion
- black pepper, paprika to taste

Other ingredients
- 3 light cheese singles (brand: Tesco)
- shredded lettuce

It was great to be back at First Look for Charity last night! The proceeds from each $275 ticket go directly to 20 different Chicagoland nonprofits! Nothing like making memories for a good cause; together everyone raised $2.5 mil last night!! 💃🏻

The Chicago Auto Show opened today and runs through Feb 20, with hours from 10am to 10pm each day except the final day, which runs from 10am to 8pm.

Throwing it back to one of my favorite meals in NYC! .nyc is a cute {little} Japanese cafe located in LES. It may be about the same size as a studio apt in the neighborhood but the service is so FAST you hardly have to wait to get your hands on this very flavorful Uni Spaghetti. 😋 I’d definitely recommend snagging one of their flavored toasts too!

A smoked bbq platter with a cucumber mule.. name a better combo. Maybe the ahi tuna tacos & an aperol spritz??? I can’t decide which I like more 🤷🏻‍♀️ (honestly it’s most likely just the corn 😁).

Whether it’s game day, date night, a birthday party, or a lunch meeting, City Works Eatery and Pour House has something on the menu for everyone! Maybe wait until it’s warmer out and visit for patio season. Definitely one of the best in the burbs. You’ll never want to leave!
