Rising Development Group is looking to add talented and aspiring executive assistant to our staff. This person would be responsible for management of ongoing projects for the office.

This position involves people skills and maintaining current vendor relationships, as well as the ability to research and present key information. A background in construction would be helpful.

This is a growing position and we would work with a selected candidate to quickly ramp-up their management skills.

Rising Development Group, a Development company based out of Westchester, IL is seeking an architect.

The development company owns and manages a 132,000 sqft portfolio of mixed use buildings within Westchester, all of which is part of a long term vision of renovation and conversion into new uses and buildouts.
We currently have under construction 15,500 sqft of conversion for 15 new apartments, which is the tip of the iceberg.

This person will be responsible for advancing our prototype set and implementing a series of permits for several office building conversions to apartments.

Working under an executive who has an architectural license, you will be responsible for end to end management and management of junior architects.

Rising Development Group is growing fast and we are seeking a talented and ambitious finance planner to run our accounting department. This person will need to be organized and conceptual to build financial plans as well as check our accounting.
We would accept accountants from any level of experience.

We have several hundred door sets and an ambitious project to rekey with master key access. We are seeking a locksmith that can work part-time, or as side work with us. We will have long term work steady over years.
