We are excited to announce that we were recently approved as a City of Chicago - .0 - Developer through Chicago Community Loan Fund

Our goal from the onset of developing our construction firm over 20+ yrs ago was to assist people in need, communities with disparity in development and thus involvement in wealth strategies and opportunities, and organizations with purpose, but little to no support with a place to call home to drive forward thinking initiatives, and to help members of a community to have an opportunity to have equity in the real estate developments in the communities that they live in and work in.

We are happy to share that we will be able to execute on all of the above at the next level in our journey with the next generation of real estate investors, business operators, and community residents.

Our S.H.A.R.P initiative is underway and will be the pinnacle of our driving forces for community support & development.

This will be a new way of envisioning gentrification WITHOUT the displacement which changes the neighborhoods in wanted and unwanted ways.

This initiative will change the neighborhoods, but instead of displacement, it KEEPS the neighbors! Our hearts are overjoyed for what’s to come.

NVC completed concrete repairs for a homeowner via Illinois Home Accessibility Program in Chicago Heights!

Selective demo completed today on this 3 unit 203k renovation. Converting the 1st floor & basement to a duplex & adding 4 additional bathrooms with in unit laundries. Basement plumbing rough in completed & passed inspection. Electrical Rough underway.

Demolition Day 2 at a 203k Project. We are rehabbing a 9 bedroom, 4 bath 3 unit apartment on Chicago's east side. We're duplexing the 1st floor & basement and adding 3 additional bathrooms w/ in unit laundry service.

NVC working for a disabled veteran's program. This wheelchair ramp is nearly complete. It will give this veteran the mobility he deserves...NVC has been rising & shining for 20+ years!

NVC throwing down for a senior under the SAFRS program. Started with a tile remove & replace scope & turned into plumbing work & shower base replacement. 1 1/2 days work & tile starting tomorrow.

Strong tile work here as a part of our work for a program that provides repairs for disabled veterans! Matchwd this original tile work!

NVC finished repairing this subfloor & installed the 12x24 tile for one of our disabled veteran clients in Harvey. Tommie Da Tile Man did a tremendous job. New kitchen cabinets are coming some. This client is 1 of 8 we are serving thru a special program aimed at helping our disabled veterans. Thank you for your service!

NVC exterior brick job on the southside of Chicago. Had to do some heavy brick repair & Tuckpointing to create a solid canvas thanks to McNeil Masonry. Then powerwashed & applied a masonry bonding primer. Vernice of Tru Griit is doing a great job & our client loves the color.

Hardwood floors & vinyl plank flooring completed at our mixed-use commercial project. Our client is really happy with the finish work!
