HUMBOLDT PARK— A new $10.5 million concert hall with a supper club is planned for 2435 W. Division Street, according to Block Club Chicago. Radio Rumba will focus on Latinos over two floors, roughly 12,000 square feet each. Ownership hopes to start construction this summer and open in spring 2019.
