For the past year, I’ve been working on something very close to my heart in the mental health space. I’m thrilled to share that my new company, SHFT, is launching this October!

SHFT is Chicago’s first urgent and routine mental health center, built specifically for young people and families. We’re reimagining the mental health care experience with warm, modern spaces, guaranteed same-day support, and the most comprehensive range of services — from walk-in chats to crisis care and everything in between.
