A lot of us thought we would hit the ground running and jump right into workout routines in January but if I’m honest, I really struggled with consistency last month
Instead of living in the past I’m using this month as a fresh start and 28 new days to get back on track. If you’re in the same boat, this is your sign to stop beating yourself up and just start.

Not your typically end of year recap but hey it’s an honest one. The bar for 2025 was low and like so many people I’m glad to say I survived the year, so onward and upward into the new year. Hopefully it is a lot less bumpy than this one was.
Because god forbid you’re 2 minutes late feeding the fur babies lol

Sometimes resting is the reset. 🤍
The struggle is so real of being a productive woman. Sometimes I just want to say get somebody else to do it!
How do I have a 25 year old when I’m only 32? In all seriousness, I am so grateful to have birthed my best friend. Teenage me had no idea why I became a mom so young, but adult me fully gets it and would not change a thing.
