n addition to the compression, extension and torsion spring product mix that most spring companies make, we have the ability to manufacture wire forms, stampings, 4-slide parts and assemblies. Sterling Spring has a weld-feed liner product line as well as an entire antenna manufacturing division which features our centerless grinding capabilities and our ability to make screw machine parts. Also, we have widened our wire size spectrum which now ranges from .003” (0.076mm) to .500” (12.7mm) and we have the capability to efficiently and effectively handle orders of any size from small prototyping runs to multi-million piece orders. Over the years, Sterling Spring has made a conscious effort to allocate capital towards the addition of CNC technology to increase our ability to make parts complete off our machinery and decrease labor time to lower input costs which helps us provide cost savings and price stability to our customers.
