Mike Brodie’s Photographs of Freight Train Hitchhikers are Mesmerising In 2004, Mike Brodie began documenting his travels - that of hitchhiking freight trains. Depicted against a constant backdrop of movement, the soulful and intimate photographs bring with them a rawness rarely seen. His journeys have seen him travel more than 50,000 miles and crisscross 46 US states.

During the first class session of "Display, Storage and Use II" we discussed light intensity. In that same vein, here is a discussion of some of the lightmeter apps available through the app store. Many of these are free and extremely useful for photographers.
