The LUIS Project is a program of Rincon Family Services funded to provide HIV Testing to Latino men who have s*x with men, ages 20-29 (North & West)
LUIS Project (Latinos United In Support is a program of Rincon Family Services. It provides HIV prevention services to communities in the North and West side of Chicago. The program has a special focus on young self-identifying Latino men, ages 20-29, who engage in s*x with other men.
