Many people think a wedding coordinator just shows up on the wedding day… but there’s so much happening behind the scenes! 🤍
As a bilingual wedding coordinator, my job is not only to keep the timeline running smoothly, but also to bridge communication between families, vendors, and guests when language barriers arise.
What I do behind the scenes:
💍 Coordinating multiple vendors on a tight schedule
💍 Managing last-minute changes and unexpected situations
💍 Translating and communicating between English and Vietnamese-speaking families
💍 Keeping the couple stress-free while handling everything behind the scenes
💍 Making sure traditions, tea ceremonies, and cultural details are honored correctly
From the first setup to the last dance, I’m constantly moving, solving problems, answering questions, and making sure every detail comes together perfectly.
