We brought seven. 🎤
The seventh was for the audience.
At Loft Lucia in Chicago, our setup made room for both sides of the conversation with panel audio, a dedicated Q&A mic, live captioning and screens to help guests follow along.
Behind the scenes: a confidence monitor, presentation timer and video switcher supporting the people up front.
A lot goes into getting a room ready to listen and ready to join in.

That was the challenge at Crain's Power Breakfast at the University Club of Chicago.
Every seat was filled. Every foot of space was spoken for.
But the show still needed to hit 👇

Where does production fit when every seat is sold? 🤔
Crain's Power Breakfast at the University Club of Chicago sold out.
Every foot of floor space belonged to guests — but the production couldn't shrink.

So we redesigned the layout with their team and the venue, built the stage around the wall, and maximized every inch.
