Things are happening...
Meat order placed. Now to prep and organize. Tomorrow...It's making time!!!
Love is...razor sharp knives, windows open, meaningful music, and a good drink.
BTW, GO ! What a game!
It's been a while, but creativity is in the air...prototyping a new flavor/recipe today. New sources = new inspiration.

Prototype bag samples have arrived. Now to move on to labels and design.
Ordered sample production bags for jerky packaging today. May post pics soon...
In the dryer now... beef jerky. The dehydrator whirs, the lab smells ohhhh so delicious.
We might've just made the best batch of jerky ever. So tasty, great consistency, awesome all natural ingredients.
Outside...it's below freezing. Inside...perfect making weather. It's jerky making time.
