Press Start was founded in order to grow Chicago’s gaming community by tapping into the expansion and increasing popularity of eSports.

eSports has provided Gamers with new career paths within the gaming industry such as opportunities for professional play, commentating, providing content, team ownership, and coaching. In response to this growing eSports following, Press Start will create an environment that will allow attendees to compete, spectate, and volunteer in eSports.
