There is no better feeling than taking your kiddos to see one of your fav musicals for the first time! My oldest got to being a friend and it was so awesome to see how excited she was! Proud of my first plain sourdough loaf! Even though I messed up the first step 🤦🏽‍♀️

Turns out sourdough is a lot like life…
You panic.
You think you ruined it.
You wait.

…and somehow it still works out 😂

Recipe I used 👇

• 900 g flour
• 570 g water
• 220 g active sourdough starter
• 26 g salt

Bake in Dutch oven
450°F covered 27 min
425°F uncovered ~20 min
Internal temp: 205°F

Tip: Put a cookie sheet on the rack under your Dutch oven so the bottom doesn’t burn 🔥

The secret to doing it all?
