Noah made so much improvement this basketball season. He’s getting serious about learning the game. I can only show him so much. We’re proud of his progress and I hope we can find additional ways to encourage his newfound passion for the round ball. 🏀

Outside my comfort zone. My experience in recording has always been very renegade in the sense that I learn it as I go and do the best I can to figure it out. It’s a fun hobby but something I definitely need some formal training, maybe a class here or there. Having said all that, I need help from the community. What you see here in the top row is a scratch track for my students to listen to while they record their parts. The 2nd row is the vocal track. The 3rd track is the percussion. For some reason the vocal track is automatically muting regardless of the other tracks set to Solo or not. I’ll uncheck everything to make sure the kids can themselves while they play along with the 1st track. Despite these checks before clicking record, everyone I press record, the vocal track automatically muted as shown in the picture. Now this isn’t a problem if we’re recording because I can simply unmute the track in the count-off. But when I attempt to export in any format, it mutes again and doesn’t give me the chance to uncheck before it begins bouncing down. The comfort zone to which I refer is my apprehension in asking for help. But I don’t want to have to start over. Any takers? Any insight? Right-click isn’t giving me options I can use. Imma keep trying. Peace. 🇵🇸
