We hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day weekend!

This past Friday, we kicked off the holiday weekend by celebrating the hard work and dedication of our Progressive Coating team with a taquiza! 🌮 Our employees enjoyed fresh tacos off the grill, ice-cold beverages, music, and fellowship.

A great way to celebrate the people who make Progressive Coating what it is. 🧡

The heat has been no joke, but neither is the commitment of our team!

With temperatures in the 90s and heat indexes climbing into the 100s, it can get extremely hot inside our facility. Through it all, our Progressive Coating employees continue to show up, work hard, and keep things moving. We truly appreciate them!

Employee safety always comes first. During extreme heat, we make sure our team has access to extra breaks, plenty of water, Gatorade, and opportunities to cool down throughout the day.
And because a hardworking team deserves a little something extra, we recently had the Lindsay Italian Ice truck stop by to serve refreshing Italian ice treats to our entire crew!

The Italian ice was sweet… but having the opportunity to show our appreciation for the people who make Progressive Coating what it is was even sweeter.

Thank you to our team for your hard work, dedication, and commitment — especially on the toughest days!

As summer quickly nears its end, we'd like to take a moment to reflect on one of our favorite traditions: our annual Progressive Coating Family Fun Summer Event! ☀️🎉

We were thrilled to welcome our employees, their families, and loved ones for an afternoon filled with laughter, great food, games, and quality time together. While we work hard every day to serve our customers, we also believe it's important to celebrate the people who make Progressive Coating such a special place.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for helping create another memorable day. We appreciate not only the dedication of our employees, but also the FAMILIES and FRIENDS who support them behind the scenes.

At Progressive Coating, we wanted to take a moment to thank our incredible team for their hard work and dedication. With this being one of the hottest weeks of the year, working in a manufacturing environment with industrial ovens can make for some long, challenging days. Our employees continue to show up each day with commitment, resilience, and a positive attitude, and we couldn't be more grateful.

To celebrate the Fourth of July and show our appreciation, we shut down the shop a little early and gathered for an employee cookout. Along with plenty of ice-cold water and Gatorade to help everyone stay hydrated throughout the week, we wrapped up the workweek with great food, yard games, laughter, and some ice-cold adult beverages for those who chose to enjoy them as we kicked off the holiday weekend together.

Thank you to our entire Progressive Coating family for everything you do. We hope you had a safe, relaxing, and memorable Fourth of July with your loved ones. Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸

With the World Cup season, excitement has been felt across Progressive Coating! ⚽🏆

Our PCMX team recently hosted a watch party at our Mexico branch, bringing employees together to enjoy the game, cheer on their team, and share a fun moment of connection during the workday.
At our Chicago branch, we also gave employees the opportunity to leave work early so they could watch and enjoy the event with their families and friends.

Moments like these remind us that Progressive Coating is more than just a workplace — we are a team across borders, united by hard work, culture, and community.

We had the pleasure of celebrating the fathers and father figures of Progressive Coating by sharing pastries and presenting all of the men in our company with insulated lunch bags as a small token of our appreciation.

We are proud to have several father-and-son teams among our employees. One especially unique example is a father who works at our Chicago facility while his son is part of the team at Progressive Coating Mexico. These family connections reflect the values of hard work, dedication, and pride that continue to strengthen our company every day.

To all of the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, mentors, and father figures on our team, thank you for everything you do both at work and at home. Your leadership, commitment, and example make a difference not only to your families, but to our entire organization.

Wishing our June birthday employees a happy birthday this month!

At Progressive Coating, we believe our employees are more than just valued team members on the production floor; they are valued people in their homes, families, and communities as well.

Today, our team had the opportunity to participate in a Domestic Violence & Victim/Witness Rights Training presented by the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. The presentation provided important information about victim resources, legal protections, and the rights available to individuals experiencing domestic violence or other crimes.

We are grateful to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office for taking the time to educate and support our employees.

We’re proud to support the 3rd Annual Boys & Girls Club of Joliet 5K Run/Walk by donating Gatorade to help keep participants hydrated and energized! 💙
