Neo has gone above and beyond! He passed his Canine Good Citizen and Urban Canine Good Citizen last year! In this past class, he passed the Advanced Canine Good Citizen test. Neo is a rescue Border Collie with extremely dedicated and hardworking parents. Congratulations to Susan, George and Neo!
