J.C. Anderson recently delivered a new office build-out for EQT Exeter at 320 S. Canal in Chicago, featuring a welcoming reception area, glass-front private offices, a modern conference room, and a fully built-out breakroom highlighted by custom millwork. Designed in collaboration with EWP Architects, the space blends transparency, functionality, and refined design to support collaboration while creating a strong first impression for visitors.

This event is always about more than bragging rights — together, Aeron Hockey has now raised over $800,000 for Special Olympics Illinois, helping create meaningful opportunities for athletes to compete, grow, and thrive.

JCA recently completed Forth’s new workplace in Schaumburg, delivering a flexible environment designed to support the way their teams work every day.

The project features a mix of dedicated and agile work areas, private offices, meeting spaces, and phone rooms, anchored by a centrally located employee café that has quickly become a daily hub. Since move-in, shared spaces have seen strong use, supporting collaboration, focus, and hybrid work needs.
