~50 Evanston jobs. ~$1.5M annually to the city’s TIF district. Independent living, assisted living, and memory care, built entirely through private investment generating lasting public benefit.

Development is often measured by what gets built or sold. The better measure is what remains.

The mural at Trulee Evanston , designed by Chicago artist Molly Z. in partnership with the Evanston Mural Arts Program . Painted with help from local community groups, the four-season design brings color to the walkway all year long.

Pilsen. Mural Park.

The Residences at the Boulevard sit directly above the retail corridor. Balconies over storefronts, garage access tucked behind the arch.

The train in this photo isn’t a coincidence. Trulee Evanston sits on downtown Evanston’s transit spine, steps from the Metra and Purple Line, with the lake and Chicago skyline in view. Transit oriented senior living exactly where it should be.

We designed Trulee Evanston to be a place anyone would want to call home. Thoughtful design in every residence, paired with the highest level of care. That combination is the standard.
