Denying death is an easy way to isolate yourself from your support system. Therefore, we must talk about the death of our loved ones to move forward. When a death takes place, we may experience a wide range of emotions, even when the death is expected. However, these feelings are normal and common reactions to loss. Sadness, anger, frustration and even exhaustion are all normal. So be assured that these feelings are healthy and will help you come to terms with your loss.
Jimmy, undoubtedly, had a certain charisma on and off the air. Like his uncle said, he was able to connect with younger and older generations. It was one of his many admirable qualities. Another one was his perseverance. It’s not easy to cope after a loved one dies. But Jimmy would have wanted me to help others through the grieving process.
