This is our program for high school seniors and early college students who want to explore careers in property management, finance, operations, and community development.

PROGRAM DETAILS
• Pay: $20/hour
• Duration: 4 weeks | July 6 – July 30, 2026
• Tracks: Accounting & Finance (Track A) | Property Operations (Track B)

KEY DATES
• Application Deadline: June 19, 2026
• Interviews: June 23–26, 2026
• Orientation: July 6, 2026
• Capstone & Closing Ceremony: July 30, 2026
