Cookbook author, podcaster, food blogger, pottery shop, and a gal who loves to eat. My friends call me "The Kitchen Goddess" and what could be better than that?
I love cooking for my family and friends, and filling my life with food-related adventures, including cooking, writing, researching, appreciating, photographing and talking about food. I love to create alchemy and inspire others to do it too: the devotion and intention in the cooking infuses friends and family with love on holidays and every day. Alchemy happens when food is served with love—it is magically transformed. Food + Love = Healing.
Le Marais, Paris 💕 I have a post coming soon about all of my favorite places that I ate during my month in Paris and I can’t wait to share it with you… Stay tuned

SWIPE ➡️ Paris has been such a wonderful time, and I put together some of my favorite restaurants. Some are places I return to year after year, and others were places I stumbled upon and ended up absolutely loving, including one inside a little market.
One of these spots I’ve been going to since my 20s, and every single trip I still try to discover somewhere new. That’s the magic of Paris.
SAVE this for your future Paris trip or send it to the friend you’d wander Paris with. 🤍 I also have three Paris highlights, so definitely look though those for the full experience. What’s your best tip for Paris?

The most delicious chicken ever.

This Sesame Marinated Roast Chicken is the ultimate dinner, with mouth-watering chicken and a rice that take it to the next level. I first saw the recipe on ’s account, and I was hooked. The chicken has the perfect balance of sweet and smoky flavors, and it gets beautifully browned. Paired with a ginger and scallion dressing, it’s truly irresistible. I loved it so much that Roy and I added our own twist for a Sunday lunch and then adapted it for the No Crumbs Left kitchen with Rosie’s kind permission. It’s not a simple meal, but the effort is absolutely worth it for such a delicious, love-filled dish. When are you making this dish?

This is the ultimate high protein lettuce wrap with about 65 grams of protein, and of course I’m salting my greens using 💙
Comment “recipe” for my high protein chicken finger & sauce recipe!
Greens love salt! Plus, salting the chicken makes it extra tender and juicy while keeping it crispy on the outside. With these high protein chicken fingers coating with protein chips, plus my delicious cottage cheese dressing, you’ve practically won the game. This might be our favorite wrap yet. Are you making this?
