I am seeing a lot of hate, jealously and judgement in the world today. I don't remember everyone's opinion being so loud as in the last few years. 😔
Learn to ignore the noise and keep being you. The world needs more people that have thick skin and strong values. If you see everyone doing something keep doing the opposite!

Sometimes I think emails could be the death of me. 🥵
I have a total of three work emails, and two personal emails. I feel like I'm tied to checking on them so many times in a day much like some people are tied to checking Facebook or TikTok.
I realized most of these email are not even urgent to check either. So they essentially are time wasters.
This past week I decided to do a purge of my Google email accounts and boy do I feel great! While purging I set up some additional settings so that I don't have to sift through unnecessary emails and only see the real urgent ones in my inbox. After I was done, I am not seeing 30 to 100 emails in my inbox of anymore and if I ever have to go searching for an email I can find them easily.
I think this "purge" will also help you.
