However, visual notes actually reinforce the message and give attendees a visual to follow along with. This allows attendees to stay engaged, helps visual learners process information, and connects the dots between new concepts.

What is the difference between digital visual notes, physical visual notes, and virtual visual notes?

Digital visual notes are created with the artist onsite using an iPad. These can be broadcast in real-time on a TV or projector.

Physical visual notes are created by the artist onsite using large physical boards. This is what you most often see demonstrated in our posts, and our most popular service.

Virtual visual notes are created, well, virtually. Our artist joins remotely on the platform your meeting is taking place on and can either screen share in real-time, or you can have a grand reveal at the end. This service is great for engaging attendees during virtual and hybrid meetings!

Event activations are perfect for your next event, whether it’s a conference, trade show, or feedback session.

How do these interactive event add-ons work?

1. Set up: You provide an “answer station” in a high-traffic area where attendees see a question or prompt on our artist board that they answer on cards or post-its

2. We draw: The artist draws the answers one-by-one over the course of the event. When the vent is over, your activation board is complete

3. We share the results: Attendees can circle back after answering to see the finished product, or you can email them the visual notes post-event with the digital files we provide
