Sarah has loved eating and making ice cream for as long as she can remember. Her first job in her hometown of Vail, Colorado was scooping ice cream after school. Since then, she studied Hospitality Administration at Cornell University and then moved to Chicago, IL. After graduating she worked for Stephanie Izard at Girl & the Goat, Little Goat Diner, and Duck Duck Goat, which is where the nickname “Ice Cream Girl” was born. She then took a year off to travel the world searching for unique and unusual ice cream flavors.

Bitter Pops is one of a handful of spots in Chicago where you can find Ice Cream Girl’s ice cream. Each month Sarah introduces new flavors, so stop by today starting at 1pm to try out some Ice Cream Girl core flavors and her new flavors for July!
