More than 500 young people from Jewish, Christian and Muslim private schools engaged in this year's poetry workshops, a testament to the power of artistic expression in fostering understanding and unity across diverse backgrounds.

April is National Poetry Month! As we celebrate the end of poetry month, Olive Tree Arts Network would like to share our creative works by our very own students!
Poetry Pals is our program for 3rd through 5th graders primarily from Christian, Muslim and Jewish backgrounds. Our curriculum focuses on the power of empathy. Poetry Pals aims to break down stigma and prejudice before they ever take hold and help students learn to use empathy in their everyday lives.

Happy Passover! Last night was the first night of Passover, which is an eight day Jewish holiday commemorating the Hebrews' liberation from slavery in Egypt and the “passing over” of the forces of destruction.

Olive Tree Arts Network celebrates Eid alongside our Muslim friends and wishes you a Happy Eid!
Eid in Arabic means “feast, festival, holiday.” Eid is a worldwide festival and celebration for Muslims. During the calendar year there are two Eid's that are celebrated by Muslims. Eid ul Fitr, which means “festival to break the fast” is at the end of the holy month of Ramadan in which Muslims fast for a whole month.
To those celebrating, may your Eid be filled with joy, hope and love.
