For those that are unaware, the creation of Chicago Pizza Summit was inspired by Rose and Vito & Nicks. Endlessly and tirelessly dedicated to the art and craft of pizza for all of us, Vito & Nicks is the physical embodiment of community, friendship and dialogue where all are welcome.
