Chicago Home Inspection Services normally recommends home buyers and their realtors attend the inspection, however we would like to remind you that it is completely optional and to please stay at home if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or are simply more comfortable doing so.

We are limiting the amount of staff to 1-2 people (most likely just our inspector) and we are practicing best practices including sanitizing and disinfecting inspection equipment, keeping a safe distance from others, wearing gloves and exercising other precautionary measures. We strongly recommend that senior home buyers and senior agents remain at home during inspections throughout the Illinois stay at home mandate.

Rest assured, we still provide detailed inspection reporting eletronically, post-inspection consultations and property-related photographs when appropriate.
