Luxury condo project, Superior House, breaks ground in River North Construction is underway on Superior House, a new 12-story, 34-unit luxury condominium building located at 366 W. Superior Street in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Designed by FitzGerald, the project is expected to open in spring 2020.
