Meet the newest member of the C200 team, Kelly Van De Casteele, our Director of Membership!

Kelly comes to C200 with over 11 years at Vistage Worldwide, where she most recently served as Senior Product Manager for the Vistage Inside and Trusted Advisor Programs. She brings deep expertise in C-suite member engagement, Chair relationships, and program growth, expertise our membership community will benefit from directly.

Kelly, based in San Diego, is already hitting the ground running with plans to strengthen member engagement and growth. Her priorities include developing new programming, launching new councils, and refreshing our membership recruitment collateral and onboarding experience. She'll also be leading upcoming Membership Committee discussions, and welcomes members interested in getting more involved or contributing ideas to the committee.

When she's not building relationships with the C200 community, you'll find Kelly at her spin studio, traveling, catching live music, or spending time with her nephews.

Kelly would love to connect with you about your membership experience and hear what's on your mind. Reach out to Kelly directly, her door is open!

According to recent research in Harvard Business Review, men are three times more likely than women to be encouraged to take on P&L responsibility. And even when women outperform men in those roles, research shows they still face steeper climbs to the top.

The women of C200 know this firsthand. They cleared that bar anyway.

Our members are CEOs, COOs, Founders, and Operating Presidents leading some of the world's most recognized companies. P&L responsibility is a membership requirement because C200 has always believed that advancing women in business means putting them at the center of operational power, not the periphery of it.

This is a community of women who didn't wait to be invited. They built something worth belonging to.

She has been the first woman in every single role she has ever held until the one she occupies now. And in every one of those roles, she's made sure she wouldn't be the last.

Erica Baird, Executive Director of Global Sales and Services at Cummins, doesn't just lead at the highest levels of a $48B global company, she uses that seat to open doors, shape culture, and build elevators where ladders used to be.

In this Member Spotlight, Erica shares what it took to climb the corporate ladder, why she became a foster mom to over 20 children, and the moment she challenged a piece of feedback, and turned a skeptic into a supporter.

What did 13,000 of the world's top marketing and advertising leaders take away from Cannes Lions 2026? That as AI becomes more powerful, human judgment becomes more valuable.

C200 Member Katie Calhoun was in the room, and in our latest Forbes piece, she shares what the conversation at Cannes revealed about the limits of AI-first thinking.

For leaders navigating the next phase of AI transformation, the question isn't how fast to move. It's knowing where technology strengthens the work, and where people still need to lead.

What makes the C200 community extraordinary isn't just the individual accomplishments in the room, it's what happens when women with shared values and shared ambition come together as true peers.

That's what our Annual Conference has always been at its core.

This October in Dallas, that community convenes again. We hope you'll be there.

C200 member Diane Domeyer K**k spent 32 years building an executive career at one of the world's largest staffing companies. When she left, it was entirely on her own terms.

In our latest Member Spotlight, Diane shares how she sequenced her career around her family, what it means to lead from your "zone of genius," and why the best career advice isn't "do what makes you happy."

Every leader is writing their own playbook. The question is: what chapter are you on right now?

Sometimes the best leadership advice doesn't come from a book, it comes from the woman across the table who's three chapters ahead of you.

That's what C200 has been for 44 years.
