As a society we try to use technology to solve the problems that technology creates.

The chemical replacement products that are artificial often do more harm to our bodies and our environment then the things which comes from nature.

Artificial sugar is probably much worse for you than how sugar is bad for you .

Spraying chemicals in the air to solve the pollution we cause does not mean that those two negatives make a positive.

I am often guilty of continuing to stare at my phone which reminds me to return to Nature and just continuing to stare at my phone.

Don't let life get the best of you. Give life your best instead
