This is the final chapter of THE FIGHT LIFE, following through the last days of camp and into fight night.

Everything comes together here.

After weeks of discipline - training, diet, recovery, and investing fully into the process - the final weight cut begins. It’s the most demanding part of camp, pushing the body while staying sharp for what’s ahead.

Beyond the physical work, this week shows everything that goes into the moment people don’t see - media obligations, preparation, the small details behind the scenes, and the mindset heading into the fight.

From refining the reactions and neurological performance, to locking in every final adjustment, the focus never shifts.

Then it’s time.

All the work, all the sacrifice, all the preparation… it leads to one moment.
