Primary vs Powder Room 🩶🪴

We approached these spaces differently, but both were designed to feel layered, timeless, and full of personality. The powder room leans moodier with emerald zellige and warm marble details, while the primary bath feels softer and quieter with layered whites, natural stone, and subtle green accents throughout.

A mix of statement moments and everyday function — exactly how we like a bathroom to feel.

Built to endure, entertain, and evolve with family life.🫶

Project Melrose focused on thoughtful space planning, creating better flow and softer transitions throughout the home for this young family.

Layered with zellige tile, honed quartzite, warm brass, and soft textiles, this kitchen balances character and functionality.

Welcome to Melrose! A family home, reimagined. Warm woods, tailored millwork, and a palette of soft, livable tones set the foundation throughout.

Welcome to Sedgwick!
Shocker… we’re starting by sharing the kitchen😂
But really, this space went through a massive transformation. What was once a closed-off layout is now open, functional, and built entirely from scratch - from the cabinetry and millwork to the countertops and architectural details.

Check out our stories to see where this kitchen started, and stay tuned as we share more from the rest of the project.

Great design starts with great space planning. A reimagined layout brought better flow, function, and a more refined kitchen overall.

Sedgwick is all about the details
Interior archways define the kitchen and living room, while the primary bath becomes a study in materiality - brass fixtures designed to patina and layered marbles in honed finishes.

Calacatta Raffaello anchors the kitchen alongside glossy ceramic tile, while Calacatta Verde brings depth to the bath. Carefully considered, built layer by layer.

Stay tuned for the full shoot!
