My Surprise: I was more productive and less anxious about my emails as I checked them only when I could deal with them. My Change[s] for the NEXT 7 days WITH my SmartPhone: Only check emails when you’re ready to deal, witnessing those moments of silence without reaching for your phone will improve your focus and concentration, podcasts and books are our friends!
