Join No Salt Sailing’s Veterans Navigating Adversity Pub Crawl!

We’re stepping off on the first official weekend of summer with a leisurely pub crawl through the Ravenswood neighborhood, sure to be a blast!

**Date:** June 22, 2024
**Time:** 9:00 AM sharp (we mean it, don’t be late or you’ll miss the boat!)
**Location:** Montrose Harbor

**What’s the mission?**
Starting at Montrose Harbor, navigate your way through Ravenswood, commandeering 5 local pubs, sipping on 5 refreshing pints, and finishing with a yummy lunch at the last stop.

**Entertainment:** Besides your hilarious friends? Well, there are sandwiches at the end, and not your average sandwich either, so that’s something.

**Pro tip:** Hydrate like a pro! Bring water – beer doesn’t count as hydration.

**Cost:** Only $20 for 5 pints and lunch! That’s cheaper than the Value Menu at McDonald’s.

**Why join?**
Because it’s for a great cause – supporting No Salt Sailing. And let’s be honest, you could use a good walk and some laughs.

Beyond the calming effect sailing offers I've found a profound supportive group of fellow Veterans who understand the challenges I face, fostering continuous and meaningful bonds. No Salt Sailing offers vital lessons in resilience and adaptability, while emphasizing the value of continued education. Sailing is not just a hobby; it's a holistic approach to healing, offering hope, unity, and a renewed sense of purpose to disabled Veterans like me.

Veterans can now access information through Health Records on iPhone - VAntage Point VA is rolling out VA health and other health provider data access for Veterans in the Health Records section of the Health app for iPhone.

For those on or near military bases

Commissary, Military Service Exchange, and MWR access extended to more Veterans beginning January - VAntage Point Starting Jan. 1, service-connected Veterans, Purple Heart recipients, former prisoners of war (POW), and primary caregivers can use commissaries, exchanges, and morale, welfare and recreation (MWR) retail facilities, in-person and online.
