Ferncroft Chinooks

Ferncroft Chinooks is located in New Hampshire. Kala had 7 pups born May 16! We are looking for homes!

Our goal is to produce a great representation of the Chinook breed with a focus on health, pedigree, and complementary traits.

We are looking for female/male breeding homes!

This breeding combines outstanding hip health, strong genetics, solid temperament, and the genetic diversity offered through the Chinook Breed Conservation Program. Takoda and Kala will produced pups that are clear carrying genes for MRD1, CDDY/IVDD, and Chondrodystrophy. The Embark expected COI of the puppies is around 31!

Chinooks are a rare breed!! The breed relies on the support of it’s owners who can keep a dog intact or raise a litter, to further advance the breed in numbers and genetic health. Homes which will keep either their Chinook male or female puppy intact, are continuously needed.
