We support youth and families alike. Building better communities for the future. Our young men will work well in a group, but not be afraid to stand alone when necessary. They will be better equipped mentally. They will make conscious decisions throughout life. They will become more economically sound. Learning to communicate constructively and effectively, by having a platform to vent and release

In 2023, the Kane County Board allocated nearly $10 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) federal funds to the Kane County Health Department (KCHD). These funds are being used to strengthen the local behavioral health system—making it easier for residents to connect with treatment, resources, and support.
Now it’s time to meet some of the local, community-based organizations who are putting this investment to work.
Meet Babatunde Beeks, Founder and Executive Director of The START Program. This organization is dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges by providing the essential “pieces of the puzzle” for success. From offering safe spaces to mental health therapy and group support, START works with people of all ages and backgrounds to build resilience and thrive. 🧩

En 2023, la Junta del Condado de Kane asignó casi $10 millones en fondos federales de la Ley del Plan de Rescate Estadounidense (ARPA) al Departamento de Salud del Condado de Kane (KCHD).
