Hello everyone and welcome to our lab Behvairoal Leadership in Education, Novel Science, and Dissemination!

In our lab, we focus on creating culturally humble, inclusive research and clinical studies. These projects are geared towards communities in need with all practices (approaches, goals, measures, etc.) being valid for the community as defined BY the community.

If we do not have someone represented from that ocmmunity on our team, we do not do the study.

Much of our current work is serving people with disbailities along with other intersecitonal identities. Our current projects focus on reducing disbaility stigma through relational paradigms and ACT approaches.
