Happy Father's Day to all the terrific dads in our community!

Happy Juneteenth to all of our neighbors! On this day, we commemorate the end of slavery in the United States and freedom for all.

The pantry is closed today, but we will open on Monday at 12 pm.

Thank you again to Chris for producing Revival! Improvised Televangelist and rallying the community together for good. Thanks to your donations, 19,296 meals were provided for our neighbors facing hunger.

Bree is ecstatic to be a part of The Friendship Center Team. Whether it be through clowning, Transgender advocacy, or food distribution, community is always at the front of her mind.

Every holiday season, we receive tremendous community support through drives, and we're seeking your help to make it Christmas in July!

We have a goal of 25 drives by July 31 that are focused on one of the following areas:
Pet Food & Kitty Litter
Personal Hygiene Products
Cleaning Supplies

📆 Monday, June 15, dine out for a cause!

Grab happy hour or dinner at Platform 47 Chicago and let them know The Friendship Center sent you! 15% of your food or drink purchases will be donated to provide meals for our neighbors.

Save the dates, the pantry will be closed on Friday, June 19th and Friday, July 3rd. Additionally we will not do home delivery on Saturday, July 4th.

We need more home delivery drivers to get more families off our waitlist. This is a great way to get young kids involved in helping their neighbors, too!

Groceries will be packed for you, and the route will be provided. All you need to do is pick up the items and head out to deliver. Contact us at [email protected] if you have more questions.
