Don’t tell me “girl I’m coming to your next class” I don’t like words I like ACTION!

I honestly never saw myself here.
Here in rooms with women some I know some I never met until they stepped foot in my classes.
I’m building this all from (just a thought) never really thought I’d get here.
I built a community for women to feel safe, comfortable, confident and just a place to leave reality for a bit.
That’s my goal.
The workout is the cherry on top.
I’m So blessed to be able to have you all on this journey.
There’s so many of you I can’t wait to meet at an upcoming class!
And my retuning girlies THANK YOUUU!
Y’all show me that I’m doing something right!
THE FITTED EXPERIENCE is exactly what she think she is and MORE!

Building from the ground up!🌱
