Raspberry Rose Layer Cake for a friend’s birthday

These Jerusalem Bagels now available to pick up at Loop, West Loop, Lincoln Park and Lakeshore East neighborhoods.

Two layers of orange zest scented chiffon sponges brushed with spiced whiskey simple syrup then sandwiched with a whiskey cherry preserve in between. Finished with a mascarpone-whipped cream frosting spiked with angostura bitters and topped with orange peel fresh cherries soaked in old fashioned cocktail.
