Rugelach is by far one of the best cookies I’ve ever eaten. I thought that they were only fit my pre gluten free era. I thought there’s no way to get that buttery pastry from regular flour alternatives. I was wrong! Using some of the same baking techniques, I’ve achieved the dough of my dreams! Try them for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!
