"Removing barriers. Breaking cycles. Healing together." 🤎

If you missed it, here's a snippet! .peace4all got together for a real conversation about mental health, healing, and the barriers that can make asking for support feel difficult.

Because healing doesn’t always happen alone. Sometimes it starts with conversation, connection, and knowing support is available.
Thank you to everyone who tuned in, shared space with us, and joined the conversation. Be on the lookout for our next one on October 2nd!

Okayyy , why are you calling out our emotional closets like this?! 😂👀

Sometimes we keep stuffing things in the back of the closet—feelings, memories, relationships, situations we don’t want to deal with—until there’s officially no more room.

Cheyenne reminds us that therapy can be your space to unpack it all, figure out what still fits, what you’ve outgrown, and what it might be time to let go of. And the best part? You don’t have to clean out that closet alone. 🤎
Ready to start unpacking? Check out the link in our bio to learn more about Cheyenne and book a session.

: "Change can be scary. You’re allowed to feel unsure, hesitant, or even afraid."

Counseling can offer a safe space to explore those feelings, understand yourself more deeply, and discover what might be waiting on the other side of change.

You don’t have to rush.
You don’t have to know all the answers.
Just start where you are.

We had so much fun on Friday! 🏈🤎 Profound Peace had the opportunity to connect with teens and families at the Chicago Football Classic HBCU College & Career Fair + Teen Fest!

We hope everyone enjoyed FLAG ON THE PLAY 🚩💚From spinning the wheel, calling red or green flags, and talking with us about relationships, friendships, communication, and boundaries.

We laughed, snapped pics, gave away goodies, and had some great conversations. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table—we loved meeting you!

You don’t have to wait until you’re falling apart to start therapy. 🤎

Krystal Vazquez reminds us that therapy isn’t only for the hard moments. Starting when things feel okay gives you time to get comfortable with your therapist, build trust, and develop tools before life starts life-ing.
Because when the stressful season, big transition, or difficult moment comes, you don’t have to start from scratch—you already have support in your corner.
Thinking about therapy? Don’t wait for a crisis to give yourself permission to start. Check out the link in our bio to learn more about Krystal and book a session.

One is getting ready to go. The other is figuring out how to let go.

College is a BIG transition—and not just for the student.
🎓 The Next Chapter
A space for first-year college students navigating independence, new routines, friendships, stress, and figuring out who they are in this new season.
🤎 From Raising to Releasing
A space for parents and caregivers learning how to shift from raising → supporting, protecting → trusting, while rediscovering themselves along the way.

Because whether you’re leaving the nest or learning how to let go, you shouldn’t have to figure it all out alone.
Both groups begin October 7th, and spots are limited!

Let’s be real… co-parenting can get frustrating FAST, especially when emotions are already high.

is sharing 3 simple phrases that can help bring the temperature down when a conversation starts heading in the wrong direction. Because sometimes it’s not about proving your point—it’s about communicating in a way that keeps the focus on what matters most: your child.

Watch, save this one for the next tough conversation, and share it with someone navigating co-parenting too.
Need a little more support figuring it all out? Check out the link in our bio or email us directly to connect with one of our clinicians.
