Urban logistics had a space problem, and Red Hook Logistics Center found the solution. We helped define the brand and story behind a new kind of urban logistics hub: vertical, efficient, and right where New York needs it most.

Because the fastest way to deliver? Right off the Hook.

The National artfully celebrates its architectural history while infusing the property with brilliant modern amenities. With our Chicago flag waving proudly, we seized the opportunity to return a Daniel Burnham building to prominence.

We created a wordmark that blends a serif and sans-serif typeface, reinforcing our concept of HISTOREMIX. A complimentary icon features all the letters of the word 'national' while evoking the crests and logos of past social clubs and societies.

To bring Rivere to life for Friedman Properties, we created an ambitious trailer for the proposed luxury tower. To do so, we utilized the full range of tools at our disposal. Original 3D animations were created and composited into original videography; actors were filmed at multiple iconic locations and composited into rendered scenes; and the striking, modern brand we created was infused throughout.

Assembly Innovation Park is BioMed Realty's new center for pioneering research and discovery. Its LEED Gold lab and office buildings sit on a one-acre public park, forming a community connected by creativity, technology, and innovation.

Our work focused on branding and activation, including brand voice, visual identity, marketing materials, creative campaign, website, brochures, presentations, emails, billboards, advertising, and more.

A fresh design system extended to signage and wayfinding, unlocking a new visual experience for workers and visitors on campus.

Catalog at Willis Tower dissolves the border between the street and the tower to deliver authentic Chicago hospitality. Our branding brings an approachable, human, and neighborly personality to one of the tallest buildings in the world.

Prudential Plaza is a quintessential Chicago skyscraper. When ownership approved massive new improvements, it was time to update its look and feel. We renamed the building from One Two Pru to simply “Pru,” and created a brand that reflects the workdays to be had here — full of positivity, inspiration, and seizing the day to experience everything Pru has to offer. Welcome to the bright side of town.
