Another amazing day on our coffee adventure. We visited a state of the art distillery today hoping to find some barrels to age coffee in, and I think we hit the jackpot!!

opened their tasting room today and and I were customers #1 & #2!! Come have some drinks and pick up a bag of Fat Foot Coffee we aged in a Koval whiskey barrel.

We are cupping three of Janet’s processes this morning. We asked her to experiment with Honey processed, Anaerobic processed as Natural processed. Thank you to all our farmers for their efforts to improve their coffee and to gain better pricing for their extraordinary efforts.

Visited at the Bradenton Farmers Market this morning for some locally roasted fresh coffee (which was amazing!) and left them with some samples from our farmer partners.
