Thankful for my 40TH trip around the sun today 🌞🎊🙏🏿. This morning I cried tears of joy as my son River sang to me a song he’d written this morning about how much I mean to him. And I laughed as big a laugh as any man could laugh as my dayghter Lenny slapped me on the face and said “Happy birthday fat daddy!” . I’ve have lived a beautiful 40years thus far, full of love, purpose, adventure, and redemption. If you’re reading this, if you’ve shared time with me, thank you for helping to make my first 40years on this Earth everything a boy who dreams of his dad could ever ask for. ❤️

When my aunt had cancer, and I cut off all of my hair, I could feel my spirit shifting into a new direction. It’s something about ridding yourself of attachments that bring a great peace. Been embracing this new chapter of my life with open arms. Realigning with my purpose, and not allowing the surface world to define who I am. Lately, I have shared in some beautiful moments in time with some beautiful people, and I’m just feeling thankful as I approach my 40th year on this Earth.
