World Record Day 3 ✅

Much of Phil’s ride today was uphill - sometimes miles long. But he pushed through like the beast he is, and he is just 70 miles out from the finish (where our goal is 1,000 miles in under 72 hours)!

Please consider joining and in helping create a world that is free from MS.

Day 2 of is in the books, and Canada has been good to us (sort of)! Phil made it to shift change 4 hours early 😱 But he rode most of today on a 2 lane highway with virtually no shoulder.

Tonight, he’ll catch a couple hours of sleep and then get back on the road at 11PM ET.

We’ve got a little over 24 hours left to hit our $10,000 goal for . Head to www.teamphilfox.com to join us in the fight!

🚨 Less than 20 hours to go. 🚨

Tomorrow morning, we roll out from Port Huron to attempt the fastest circumnavigation of Lake Huron by bike—1,000+ miles, one sleep break, and zero room for excuses.

Wildfires in Canada have kicked up the AQI—definitely not ideal—but we’re hoping the winds clear the air before wheels start spinning.

Crew’s rallying now. Vehicles are getting kitted. Nerves are real. Let’s make history.

💥 Today only: an anonymous donor is matching all Bike MS donations up to $1,000!
💪 We’re almost halfway to our fundraising goal.

🚴‍♂️ Highlights from the Chicago Randonneur Dart Weekend. The Chicago crew hit the road early Saturday morning and went full hobbit mode. We enjoyed breakfast, second breakfast, elevenses and lunch on the way up to West Bend, WI. Perfect conditions. Good roads. Great friends. 🥐🍳 🍕

And when we got to the finish line - we enjoyed a quick swim in Silver Lake and a whole host of Wisconsin cuisine hosted by the Rice family. Brats! Frito Pie! New Glarus! Jell-o Torte! 🌭🍻 🍰

On day two we rode down to Kenosha, WI and took the Metra back into the city. But not before getting a second helping of Honey Pie in Milwaukee. Just pure unadulterated randonneuring. 🥰

Big up to William Edwards setting a new personal best and Dallas Harty for rocking it all on a mountain bike. Dang. 👏👏👏

Thank you to ABC13 in Rochester, NY for sharing our story! 🥰

We’re still recovering from the record setting ride. Crew and all are back at home as of late yesterday evening. Still a lot of unpacking to do and sleep to catch up on.

But the cat is out of the bag now! Lake Huron? You’re going down. 😼

Thank you to all our recent donors! We’re nearly 75% of the way to our fundraising goal. Help us get there by Jun 22 for the @bike_ms Tour de Farms event. Every dollar is a step closer to a world without MS. 🧡
