Being published is always an honor—but landing on the cover is something else entirely.

This project gave us permission to push. To question expectations. To let opposing ideas sit in the same room. By layering classic modern architecture with reimagined vintage forms from the 1980s, the design lives in the space between eras—familiar, but unsettled in the best way. Each room is meant to unfold slowly, inviting curiosity and rewarding pause, like a narrative you want to keep reading.

None of this happens without trust. We’re deeply grateful to our clients for believing in the vision and allowing us to fully explore it.

Thank you to the Magazine Dallas Fortworth editorial team, Cohen and writer Lara Hillock, and to photographer Karlisch for the thoughtful collaboration and craft that brought this story to life. Creating this together was a true privilege.

Every room needs a touch of black. It’s grounding, and adds a feeling of a hand drawn line on crisp white paper. It creates welcome tension and interest. It can be a little or a lot, but black punctuates like no other color.

The wrap around sectional. Devoted to family conversations, hosting holiday parties and being committed to providing a trifecta of seating solutions. Business in the front and party in the back.
