WHAT STARTED OFF AS A PASSION PROJECT HIDDEN AWAY IN A SECOND FLOOR LOFT IN LAKEVIEW (WHERE, IF IT FAILED NOBODY WOULD KNOW) GREW INTO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, AN INCREDIBLE TEAM, THOUSANDS OF CLIENTS, COUNTLESS MEMORIES, AND A COMMUNITY THAT HAS GENUINELY CHANGED MY LIFE.
TO EVERY PERSON WHO HAS TRUSTED US WITH YOUR SELF-CARE, CELEBRATED MILESTONES WITH US, LAUGHED WITH US, CRIED WITH US, AND SUPPORTED THIS DREAM... THANK YOU. I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO PUT INTO WORDS WHAT THAT HAS MEANT TO ME.

OVER THE LAST SEVERAL MONTHS, I’VE SPENT A LOT OF TIME THINKING ABOUT WHERE I WANT TO TAKE LEGENDARY. INNOVATION, CURATED EXPERIENCES, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, EDUCATION AND DEVELOPING OTHERS IN THE INDUSTRY SO THEY CAN REALIZE THEIR DREAM AND POTENTIAL IS WHERE I LANDED.SOMETIMES GROWTH DOESN’T MEAN GETTING BIGGER.
SOMETIMES IT MEANS GETTING MORE INTENTIONAL.

AFTER A LOT OF REFLECTION, I’VE MADE THE DECISION TO SIMPLIFY THE SERVICE SIDE OF OUR BUSINESS AND FOCUS ON BUILDING THIS NEXT CHAPTER OF WITHIN THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY.
AS PART OF THAT, I WILL BE BRINGING TOGETHER OUR VERY BEST ARTISTS AND PROVIDERS INTO ONE BEAUTIFUL HOME—OUR WICKER PARK LOCATION.

INSTEAD OF SPREADING OURSELVES ACROSS MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, WE’RE INVESTING IN CREATING AN EVEN MORE ELEVATED, BOUTIQUE EXPERIENCE WITH THE PEOPLE YOU ALREADY KNOW AND LOVE. MORE PERSONALIZED SERVICE. MORE CONSISTENCY. MORE INTENTION. THE SAME LEGENDARY STANDARDS—JUST IN ONE INCREDIBLE SPACE.
I KNOW THIS WILL BE AN ADJUSTMENT FOR MANY OF YOU, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN WITH US FOR YEARS AT OUR OTHER LOCATIONS. CHANGE IS NEVER EASY, AND I DON’T TAKE THAT LIGHTLY. MY HOPE IS THAT YOU’LL CONTINUE MAKING LEGENDARY PART OF YOUR MONTHLY ROUTINE. WE’D LOVE NOTHING MORE THAN TO KEEP TAKING CARE OF YOU IN WICKER PARK AND CONTINUE BUILDING THIS AMAZING COMMUNITY TOGETHER.
AND WHILE ONE CHAPTER IS CLOSING, ANOTHER ONE IS JUST BEGINNING.
