Up for grabs is a near mint 3-speed converted to a 4-speed, this one started out as a barely used shifter, I believed it was installed and immediately put on a shelf given the zero wear to the pins and the nobs had virtually no wear to them. Have other 3-speed to 4-speed conversions coming up in the future but this one is the best cosmetically.

Customer opted for a budget friendly mechanical refurbishing only, was one of the most damaged main levers I've come accross and I've seen many home repairs on these over the years. Got it functional without having to weld up and mill a new slot (which would have been very costly and time consuming). Lots of adjustments on this one but now works like a dream!

Tried a new coating method with this 4-speed using black oxide.

Wrapped up another pair for a customer, one was pretty bad, fought me every step of the way... some before and after of it. New nobs and buttons were added.

3-speed converted to a 4-speed, was an older refurbished shifter of mine coincidentally...

5 on the bench this week, 2 4-speed conversions and 3 for refurbishing... one of which has seen better days.
